Europe Pneu sells and fits tyres at customers' homes and business premises. The business has no premises open to the public. Prices on this site include VAT; they may change, and the applicable price is the one confirmed at booking. The French version of this notice prevails.
All content of this site (texts, illustrations, logo, structure) belongs to Europe Pneu, except where stated otherwise (see Credits). Consumer mediation: under the French Consumer Code, any consumer may refer an unresolved dispute to the designated consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator's name and contact details to be completed].

Who we share your data with
Only with the providers needed for the service, acting on our behalf: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) for messaging, Google (Google Ireland) for the booking page and calendar, SumUp for card payments and online deposits, OVHcloud (OVH SAS, Roubaix, France) for hosting the site and e-mail. We never sell or rent your data and never use it for targeted advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to portability. Write to contact@europepneus.fr or to the registered office. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
